Where I'm from you can't get away with wearing short skirts or dresses without tights during the winter. I don't shy away from leg-bearing clothing during the colder months, as long as I can find the appropriate leg-wear to go with. In this outfit I paired a faux leather skort from Pacsun with a cozy cowl-neck sweater, grey vest, subtle polka dot tights and some desert style booties.
