Spice Your Your Work Attire Part 2

Welcome to part 2 of "Spicing Up Your Work Attire" series. If you've missed part 1, you can view it here. For both outfits, I wanted to share ideas that can be transitioned easily for evening or weekend wear.

Menswear as womenswear has always been a favourite choice of mine. With its strong silhouettes and sharp patterns it screams "Ladyboss" - so powerful and professional.  When I think menswear, the classic pinstripe always comes to mind. These pinstripe pants can be worn many ways for work. I chose to style mine with a classic black sweater, draped camel coat and statement heels to tie the whole look together. I also see myself wearing these pants with an oversized blazer for another polished work look.

    I love when menswear is worn by women! It's a fun area to explore in fashion and there is so much pschycology to women feeling like they have to dress more masculine to get the same respect as men. Which is one of the origins for women's pantsuits! Hence the historical symbol of it, I love when frames of fashion are explored rather than seen as limits.

    I don't even know what I'm talking about, haha I just wanted to say that your outfit is really chic babe, and I definitely need to get the pants!

    I have personally always loved a more masculine look. I am not much for accessories either. I tend to prefer simple pieces and barely there jewelry. I like that all these pieces are basic and chic. It's like you're not trying too hard, you know? The whole outfit looks super comfy too. Great follow up to part one! Maybe a part 3 is in order? ;) I always struggle with things to wear for work.
