As the weather gets colder, I find that wearing just one jacket (especially a short or thin jacket) doesn't cut it for keeping warm. Layering your jackets allows you to keep wearing your thinner or shorter jackets for the winter, while still staying comfortable and protected from the cold. It's also a great styling option if you're heading to a place that is warm and you don't want to be over bundled when you arrive. For example, when I go to the mall, I don't like to wear my winter jacket around because I get way too hot. Instead, I layer a jacket under my winter coat (like pictured above) so that I can remove my winter coat when I arrive at my destination.
What are your thoughts on layering jackets and coats? Would you try it?
