Puerto Rico, You're So Colourful

On this last trip, I cruised on the Norwegian Breakaway. It's the sister ship of the cruise I took last April to the Caribbean. It's a megaship that can carry 5000 guests and 1700 crew members. It's like its own floating all-inclusive resort, located in the middle of the ocean. You wake up every morning on a new island filled with new beaches and a new city to explore. We had eight stops throughout this cruise: San Juan, Tortola, St. Thomas, St. Maarten, Dominica, St. Martinique, Barbados and Antigua.

San Juan, Puerto Rico was our first stop and one of my favourites to explore. The city was so clean and colourful. It did rain on-and-off for about 10-20 minutes but it was still very warm.

We walked around town and visited a historical site called Castillo San Cristobal, which I recommend seeing if you're ever planning a trip to San Juan.

Stay tuned for more...
