With Christmas and New Years around the corner, I've thrown together my top 5 tips for hosting the ultimate Holiday Party with Bella & Wren featuring Mos Mosh.
1. Organize yourself. I'm all about making lists for things I need to cook, buy or do the day of the party. Writing it all down helps you visualize what needs to be done so nothing gets left out! Thanks to my hubby, I've learned to go digital with my lists so I'm not misplacing them at the last minute!
2. Decorate days or weeks beforehand. Rather than leaving it all to the last minute, do a little bit each day. This allows you to enjoy your preparations rather than stressing to get it all done right before.
3. Decide on food and drinks. Since I typically have my immediate family over, we do a potluck each year. It takes a lot of the pressure off of me for hosting so many people, and allows others to contribute their favorite dishes on the special day.
4. The little details count. Create a special music playlist or add a little gift and place card to each person's table setting. These little details will make the event that much more special and memorable.
